Amenities:
With over 1400 square feet of modern townhouse at your disposal, your stay in luxury is almost guaranteed. Relax on the deck overlooking one of three pools for your use. Or do a short-short walk each day to the beach. Your pet is welcome on the beach with only a few restrictions. In the high season you may walk and play before 10:00am and then again after 5:00pm; the rest of the year is much more lenient. Or you may want to play tennis on one of the courts within the complex. A short walk or bike ride takes you to Coligny Circle and all the amenities it affords. Like charming coffee shops and bakeries that make the morning walk or ride an adventure. You are close enough to three wonderful food stores and shopping centers that you can bicycle if you desire. A convenience and liquor store is less than a block walk. Wake up to the sun shining on the pool and a mere ten steps away from your deck. Plan golf outings on more championship golf courses than you can play in a week. Relax inside after a wonderful day on the beach with a TV and VCR in each of the three bedrooms and in the living room. Prepare any meal you wish in the complete kitchen with all the amenities of home and then some. Dishwasher, Microwave, Ice maker, Disposal, Blender, and much more. Eat in the dining room or be casual at the bar stools that line 12 feet of the open pass through between the kitchen and the living area. Free local phone service and cable TV service. Always be comfortable in the central heating and cooling system. Washer/Dryer conveniently located next to the master bedroom. Linen and cleaning service included in rental fee.

Pets:

Pet friendly (dogs, birds, caged animals welcome)

One of the few pet friendly (close to the beach) rentals available on all of
Hilton Head.

Two(2) animal limit.

Restrictions in force: No aggressive animals. CGC(Canine Good Citizen)
certificates preferred or a certificate from any training class.

All necessary proof of recent flea & tick treatment, to be current through
the rental period. Current rabies (cats & dogs) and kennel cough vaccination
required for dogs.

Animals required to be on leash at all times. Animals not allowed in pool
area.

Rates:

Summer-(Memorial week through Labor Day week): $1300/wk.* Fall-(Week after Labor Day till the end of October): $800/wk. Winter-(November through February): $600/wk. Spring-(March through the week before Memorial week): $1065/wk. Discount for 1 month or longer contract (fall, winter, spring only-No discount in summer months). Minimum rental is three nights at the rate of $200.00/night--November through April only. All other rentals Saturday through Saturday.

* The Summer rate will apply to Holidays & special event weeks.

Minimum stay:

3 days in the off-season November through April and 1 week the rest of the year.

Dates available:

Year round.

Deposit and payments:

To confirm and hold your reservation request, a 40% deposit is due within 7 days of your reservation request. The balance of your rental fee and a refundable $500.00 damage deposit (separate check) is due prior to 60 days of check-in. All payments by check or cash.

Restrictions:

Smoking not permitted.

Age requirements:
25 years of age or greater for at least one guest in each villa or home, unless the couple is married

Tax:
A total of 11% will be added to all rates unless the guest stays over 90 consecutive days.

Telephone:
All local calls will be free. Long distance calls must be billed on credit card or billed to a third party.

Cancellations:

Occupancy:
The number of guests can not exceed 7 adults a total of 7 occupants. Children in cribs are not included in this number.
